With more than 50 percent of local businesses currently owned and/or operated by women, the Women Influencing Business group plans and implements programs to increase visibility of female executives, recognize companies who value their talent, and foster social interaction among professional women of all ages. Luncheons, dinners, workshops and mixers connect Fort Worth's businesswomen and influencers to achieve more business success as well as leverage leadership opportunities.

The Women Influencing Business group chartered a coach and spent the afternoon networking with fellow women executives and touring three local women-owned businesses. The tour began at Los Vaqueros Restaurant and visited Renfro Foods, Williams RDM and Harris Packaging.
