How can I order Fort Worth Chamber publications?

Online (preferred)

All Fort Worth Chamber publications are available for purchase in our secure online store at http://buy.fortworthchamber.com.

 

In-person

Most of our publications are available for purchase in our office.

IMPORTANT! Multiple/bulk orders must have at least two business days notice before pick-up.

Want to have your Newcomer’s Packet ready for pick-up at the Chamber?

A Newcomer’s Packet item has been created in the Online Store to allow order and payment to be done beforehand helping bulk or walk-in orders become a quicker and easier process.

How can I pay for my publications order?

Fort Worth Chamber accepts all major credit cards (Amex, Discover, Mastercard, and Visa), check, cash and money orders.

Please make all checks and money orders out to the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce.

IMPORTANT! All orders must be paid-in-full before purchases are shipped.

How do I order tax-exempt online?

Tax-exempt Chamber members are able to purchase Chamber publications without tax through the Online Store.

In order to take advantage of this service, the member will need to send a copy of their tax-id form or other proof to keep for our records. Once this information is received, the member listing will be coded as tax-exempt.  Any employees of the organization will then be able to order items tax-exempt as well.

If you are not a Chamber member, you may fill out and submit a Publications Order Form and include your tax-id number or other proof of exemption.

Do you offer digital versions of Chamber publications?

Digital versions are available for purchase for the following item(s):

  • Media Directory CD
  • Major Employers Directory CD

Each offer different formats and all are available for automatic download after purchase in the Online Store.

** If you are member, there is access to a pdf of the membership directory, which is posted quarterly and offered for just a short period of time in Members Only.

 

Does the Chamber offer a digital list of its membership?

The Chamber does not offer a digital listing of its members. However, you can purchase a set of Membership Mailing Labels or a set of Area Council Labels (more info) for a specific mail-out.

**If you are member, there is access to a pdf of the membership directory, which is posted quarterly and offered for just a short period of time in Members Only.

Does the Fort Worth Chamber offer a bulk discount?

Fort Worth Chamber offers a bulk discount for orders of the same publication on a sliding scale. Please note, the bulk discount offer is available for Chamber members only!

100-299:                      10% OFF
300-399:                      15% OFF
400-499:                      20% OFF
500+:                           25% OFF

Make bulk orders in advance!
All orders must be pre-paid, including shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling is specified on a per item basis.  In order to save money, we recommend all bulk orders be picked up at the Chamber.

What is the process for ordering Mailing Labels from the Chamber? 

To order the Mailing Labels you must be a member of the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce and secondly you must have your mail piece approved.  We ask that mail-outs not directly solicit our membership. For instance, we do not approve items with "Dear Chamber Member" as the salutation. 

Once your mail-out is approved, then you have the option of purchasing one of the items below in the Online Store:

  • Full-set of Membership Mailing Labels: $300
    ~ 2,200 labels
  • Area Council Labels: $75/set
    ~ 500 labels (Depends on the Area Council you choose.)
    Options: North, South, East, West or Central.

Each set is printed on 1 x 2 5/8 self-adhesive labels. Email addresses are not available.

Also, the labels may be shipped at no additional charge or you may pick them up at the Chamber.
