Reservation and Refund Policy

*No refunds are available for Chamber sponsorships, products, services or events.

• No publications are available for exchanges or refunds.
  
  
• Due to catering guarantees, payments are not refundable for events.
  
  
• All reservations must be accompanied by full payment.  If no payment is received, it will not be considered a reservation.
  
  
• Reservations for Chamber events or programs can be made:
  
  
  • On-line at www.fortworthchamber.com by credit card three (3) days or more prior to the event or program
    
    
  • Returning a copy of the invitation with complete credit card information to secure fax # 866-336-2477 two (2) days or more prior to the event or program
    
    
  • Returning copy of the invitation or printed form with check two (2) days or more prior to the event or program to:
