Map of Trip

The region of Normandy lies between Paris and the English Channel, abounding in historic sites, moody countryside and culinary hotspots. The regional capital Rouen is a lively center with rich historical and artistic associations. The charming town of Honfleur, with its unique wooden church and jumble of houses surrounding a peaceful harbor is a must-see. More recent history is remembered in the sands of Normandy’s beaches, where the tides of the Channel brought Allied troops to the European mainland on D- Day and the tide of history turned against tyranny. Just looking at a map of Normandy can get the taste buds working, so make sure you allow time to sample some of Normandy’s renowned cuisine. Then onto Paris, the cosmopolitan capital of France and one of the most exciting cities in all of Europe. Located in the north of the country on the River Seine, Paris has the reputation of being the most beautiful and romantic of all cities, brimming with historic associations and remaining vastly influential in the realms of culture, art, fashion, food and design. Dubbed the City of Light and the Capital of Fashion, it is home to the world's finest and most luxurious fashion designers and cosmetics and a large part of the city is a UNESCO World Heritage site and the city has numerous iconic landmarks, such as the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, making it the most popular tourist destination in the world. Come join us on this whirlwind tour to Normandy and Paris!!
