Fort Worth Chamber hosts virtual Leaders Online event, featuring SBA and Workforce Solutions experts

FORT WORTH, TX – In response to new community guidelines for holding meetings, the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce hosted the first in a series of virtual events, titled Leaders Online, this afternoon via livestream.

The Facebook Live, which received over 1.5k views, featured two speakers, Herbert Austin, District Director of the Small Business Administration’s Dallas/Fort Worth Office and Steven Gonzalez, Business Services Director for Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County.Both speakers highlighted funding and workforce solutions and fielded questions in real time.

The series, an alternative to in-person programming, was created to assist Fort Worth Chamber members with obstacles related to the COVID-19 pandemic. Leaders Online features industry experts via virtual livestreams to answer questions and guide local employers in situations they’re likely not familiar with, associated with COVID-19.
