Jennifer Jones joined the Fort Worth Chamber as Manager - Member Engagement in January 2024. In her role, she manages the New Member onboarding process and acts as the primary resource for connectivity and engagement, helping members become involved and in-the-know. Before joining the Chamber, Jennifer had a diverse career spanning from residence life at universities, where she facilitated new student orientations and served as a liaison connecting students to university resources, to property management and investor relations, focusing on market analysis and portfolio management. Additionally, she managed a COVID Relief Grant for Ranger College's Workforce Development Department, aiding local business owners during the pandemic, and served as the Associate Director of Development for a national nonprofit.

Jennifer holds a B.S. in Political Science and History from Murray State University and a Master's in Public Administration and Policy from Tarleton State University. Her favorite part of her job is meeting business owners and learning about their industries.

Outside of work, Jennifer is actively involved in her community, volunteering for the Cornerstone Assembly Annual Back-to-School Drive and her son's Cub Scout Den. On a personal note, she has been married for two years and is a proud parent to three children and the owner of two dogs, a fish, and a turtle. An avid fan of trivia nights, Jennifer enjoys sharing random facts about various topics, showcasing her broad range of interests and knowledge.
