Please include specific details for parking (paid, street parking, valet, etc.) This can affect attendance, so it is important to let attendees know exactly where to park.

Please let us know if there will be a larger event going on in which the ribbon cutting will be only a part. For example, you plan to have several speakers, a longer presentation, inviting elected officials, or inviting other chambers. It is OK to have a standalone ribbon cutting, however, sometimes these happen within larger ceremonies and it is important for us to have this information.
