It is important for us to have this information. (Ribbon Cuttings are held Monday - Thursday between 9:00 a.m. - 4:00p.m.)

Please let us know if there will be a larger event going on in which the ribbon cutting will be only a part. For example, you plan to have several speakers, a longer presentation, inviting elected officials, or inviting other chambers. It is OK to have a standalone ribbon cutting, however, sometimes these happen within larger ceremonies and it is important for us to have this information.
