ADVANCING FORT WORTH'S FUTURE: THE 2024 ACTION PLAN FOR BUSINESS RETENTION AND EXPANSION

In 2024, the Fort Worth Chamber (FWC) is launching a focused effort to lead, engage, and advocate for a vibrant business community. With a mission to address critical issues, solve problems, and align resources, the Chamber is committed to enhancing the business climate and fostering economic prosperity throughout the Fort Worth region. 

The FWC is set to significantly expand its Business Retention and Expansion (BR&E) initiatives in 2024, aiming to connect with 700 local companies. This initiative reflects the Chamber's unwavering commitment to supporting businesses facing challenges and ensuring their successful growth within the community. Through the concerted efforts of the BR&E Committee, Area Boards, and dedicated volunteers, the Chamber is enhancing the business climate, ensuring the growth and retention of companies within the region. 

LAYING OUT STRATEGIC PRIORITIES AND A DYNAMIC ACTION PLAN 

The BR&E Committee is strategically focused on retaining and assisting local businesses in flourishing within Fort Worth. Its priorities include engaging stakeholders to solve imminent and potential business challenges, developing strategic plans for business retention and expansion, and building community capacity to foster ongoing growth and development. The 2024 Action Plan is a testament to this commitment, outlining targeted initiatives to deepen business support and community engagement.
