2025 Winners of Small Business Awards and Innovator Awards

The Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce (FWC) recognized several local businesses at its annual “State of the City” luncheon, presented by Simmons Bank, on Thursday, October 16, at Dickies Arena. The program included presentations of FWC’s 2025 Small Business of the Year Awards as well as The Best Place for Working Parents® Innovator Awards.

FWC 2025 SMALL BUSINESS AWARDS

Presented by Bank of Texas, these annual awards honor outstanding Fort Worth small businesses that demonstrate exemplary best practices. Both Chamber members and non-members were eligible. The Jordan Elizabeth Harris Foundation

The Foundation was formed in 2014 with the mission to prevent suicide, eliminate stigma, and provide hope to people struggling with depression. Since 2023, the Foundation's work has led to a decrease in all deaths by suicide in Tarrant County by 20%, and youth deaths have fallen by close to 90% – to five — in the 2024-2025 school year.

Bob Moore Construction

Bob Moore Construction is a legacy general contractor based in Fort Worth, proudly building across Texas for over 78 years. In the past two years, they have worked on more than 2.5 million square feet in Fort Worth and Central Tarrant County, totaling over $185 million in value and adding an estimated 1,800 jobs.

Pulliam Pools

Pulliam Pools is America's oldest pool builder, specializing in new construction, renovations, service, and maintenance — located right here in Fort Worth. Pulliam Pools is the continuation of a family construction business founded in 1916 by brothers Theodore Creswell Pulliam and Frank ‘Pop’ Pulliam.

Winner: At Your Home Caregiving of Texas, LLC

At Your Home Caregiving of Texas is owned and operated by Nurse Practitioner Sabina Tamang. They specialize in supporting retired executives and aging professionals, individuals managing chronic illnesses or movement disorders, and families providing care from a distance.
