Welcoming Mercedes-Benz Financial as it Expands Headquarters

March 12, 2026

The Fort Worth Chamber is proud to welcome new employees at Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA as the company expands its headquarters in far north Fort Worth. The growth represents another strong signal that Fort Worth remains a premier destination for companies seeking a dynamic business environment and an exceptional quality of life for their employees.

Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA, a valued Chamber member, recently announced plans to add more than 120 jobs to its headquarters at AllianceTexas. The 200,000 square foot campus opened in 2019 and now serves as the U.S. headquarters for the Mercedes-Benz AG subsidiary following a recent corporate reorganization. The Fort Worth office supports key operations, including customer service, credit, collections, marketing, and dealer support across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

The expansion provided a great opportunity to implement the Welcome Fort Worth program, a joint initiative led by the Fort Worth Chamber in partnership with the City of Fort Worth, the Fort Worth Economic Development Partnership, and Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County. The program is designed to help new companies, expanding companies, and employees quickly connect with the people, resources, and institutions that make Fort Worth a great place to live and work.

Welcoming Prospective Mercedes Benz Employees to Fort Worth

As early as June 2025, the Welcome Fort Worth partners began working with Mercedes-Benz Financial Services to support employees considering relocation to the company’s Fort Worth headquarters. Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices – PenFed Realty helped initiate the engagement by bringing the Chamber into the conversation to introduce prospective employees to the community they were considering calling home.

Through the Welcome Fort Worth initiative, three presentations were delivered to more than 100 employees from offices across the country who were evaluating a move to Fort Worth and visiting the city in person throughout the summer of 2025.

The Welcome Fort Worth presentation was led by Robert Sturns, representing Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County, and Ben Robertson of TEI Consulting, two of the four volunteer leads for the program. The session also featured a welcome video from Fort Worth Mayor Mattie Parker and 2025 Fort Worth Chamber Chair Brian Newby.

Together, Robert and Ben introduced prospective employees to the many attributes that make Fort Worth stand out as a place to live and work. The presentation highlighted the city’s leading employers and diverse industry base, particularly with the understanding that many relocating employees may have spouses or partners also seeking career opportunities in the region.

Attendees also learned about Fort Worth’s strong network of higher education institutions that help power workforce development, as well as the vibrant lifestyle the city offers. The session highlighted Fort Worth’s growing food and entertainment scene, signature community events, and access to major professional sports across the Dallas-Fort Worth region.

In addition, Marvin Jolly, Texas’ Regional President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices – PenFed Realty, helped prospective employees understand the housing landscape across Fort Worth. His portion of the session introduced available housing opportunities and provided insight into the unique character of local neighborhoods, school districts, and community amenities that families consider when relocating.

Community Leaders Share What Makes Fort Worth Home

Following the presentation, employees participated in a live panel discussion designed to give them a more personal perspective on life in Fort Worth. Robert and Ben joined the panel to answer questions from prospective employees. The conversation covered everything from everyday life in North Texas to what makes the community such a welcoming place for families.

Participants asked about topics ranging from the local weather and seasonal changes to the wide range of activities available for children of all ages. Panelists also shared their own experiences living and working in Fort Worth, offering insight into the strong sense of community that continues to draw people to the city.

Ben Robertson shared, “One of my favorite parts about co-chairing our Welcome Fort Worth initiative is the opportunity to meet with these potential future community members as they consider transferring to Fort Worth with their companies, continued growth, and success."

Robert Sturns added, “Mercedes-Benz’s decision to expand its Fort Worth operations and add new jobs reinforces that companies see our city as a place where business and talent can thrive. Initiatives like the Welcome Fort Worth program are critical because they help new and expanding employers connect quickly to the community, workforce, and quality of life that make Fort Worth such a strong place to grow.”

How Welcome Fort Worth Supports Growing Companies

These conversations are exactly what the Welcome Fort Worth program is designed to facilitate. By connecting incoming companies and employees with local leaders and community partners, the initiative helps ensure that new arrivals and growing companies feel informed, supported, and excited about building their future in Fort Worth.

Each project through the Welcome Fort Worth program is different, which is why the initiative is intentionally designed to be flexible for the needs of each company. For Mercedes-Benz Financial Services, the focus was on highlighting what Fort Worth offers as a community. That approach differed from what companies like DrinkPAK or ASI Robots needed as they integrated into the region.

As Mercedes-Benz Financial Services continues to grow its presence in the Alliance corridor, the Fort Worth Chamber looks forward to supporting the company and welcoming its new employees to the community. Their expansion further strengthens Fort Worth’s position as a thriving business hub and a place where companies and families alike can succeed.

Welcome to Fort Worth. We are glad you’re here.
