Meet the 2025 Small Business of the Year Winners

The Fort Worth Chamber proudly recognized the 2025 Small Business of the Year Award winners at the Chamber’s annual State of the City Address, presented by Bank of Texas.

Finalists and winners were celebrated on stage as Bill McCoy, CEO of Bank of Texas, delivered the awards, honoring the remarkable companies driving innovation, job growth, and community impact across Fort Worth.

Each year, the Small Business of the Year Awards spotlight outstanding local companies that demonstrate excellence in workforce and talent development, community involvement, and a commitment to Fort Worth’s economic vitality. The 2025 award class represents a diverse group of organizations that are improving lives, creating jobs, and strengthening the region’s future.


2025 Award Winners

Employees 1–20: Jordan Elizabeth Harris Foundation
Formed in 2014, the Jordan Elizabeth Harris Foundation is dedicated to preventing suicide, eliminating stigma, and delivering hope to individuals struggling with depression. Its impact has been profound. Since 2023, Tarrant County has seen a 20% decrease in deaths by suicide, and youth deaths have fallen by nearly 90%—down to just five in the entire 2024–2025 school year. The Foundation stands as a model for compassionate leadership, strategic partnerships, and life-saving community advocacy.

Employees 21–50: Bob Moore Construction
A legacy Fort Worth company, Bob Moore Construction has been building across Texas for over 78 years. In just the last two years, the firm has completed 2.5 million square feet of projects across Fort Worth and Central Tarrant County—representing more than $185 million in development and an estimated 1,800 jobs supported. Their work continues to shape the skylines, job centers, and economic heartbeat of the region.

Employees 51–150: Pulliam Pools
As America’s oldest pool builder, Pulliam Pools is a Fort Worth original with roots dating back to 1916, when brothers Theodore Creswell Pulliam and Frank “Pop” Pulliam founded the family construction business. Today, the company remains a trusted leader in pool construction, renovation, service, and maintenance—blending tradition, craftsmanship, and modern innovation for families across Texas.

Emerging Business: At Your Home Caregiving of Texas, LLC
Owned and operated by Nurse Practitioner Sabina Tamang, At Your Home Caregiving of Texas provides personalized, in-home care for retired executives, seniors with movement disorders or chronic illnesses, and families coordinating care from afar. The company’s individualized approach allows clients to safely age in place with dignity, compassion, and continuity of care.
