As we celebrate 45 years of membership with the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, we at TTI reflect with pride in our deep roots in this remarkable city. Fort Worth is not only one of the cities where we do business, it’s where we’ve built our global headquarters, grown our workforce, and contributed to a thriving business community. Our success story is inextricably linked to the support and advocacy of the Chamber, which has played a vital role in shaping the environment that allows companies like ours to flourish. 

The Chamber’s commitment to economic development, talent attraction, and global recognition has been important to our journey. As a global leader in electronic component distribution and a proud member of the Berkshire Hathaway family of companies, TTI competes on an international stage. Yet, we remain firmly anchored in Fort Worth, a city whose values of innovation, resilience, and collaboration mirror our own. The Chamber’s efforts to elevate Fort Worth’s profile, through policy, business development, and international outreach, have ensured that our city is recognized as a hub of opportunity and excellence. 

One of the most critical challenges facing businesses today is attracting and retaining top talent. This milestone also gives us an opportunity to honor our founder, the late Paul Andrews, a proud Fort Worth native whose vision and entrepreneurial spirit laid the foundation for our global success. Paul often spoke of the Chamber’s early support as he launched TTI and navigated the challenges of building a business from the ground up. He believed in the power of community and the importance of giving back, values that remain central to our mission today. His legacy lives on in our continued commitment to excellence and our enduring partnership with the Chamber. 

As CEO, I am proud to lead a company that calls Fort Worth home and to be part of a business community that is as dynamic as it is supportive. I am also a proud Fort Worth native, and it is especially meaningful to contribute to the city that shaped my personal and professional journey. We are grateful to the Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce for its unwavering dedication to our city’s prosperity and for being a steadfast partner in our journey.
