Brewing Opportunity: How a Coffee Connects Sparked a Powerful Wellness Partnership

April 29, 2026

At the Fort Worth Chamber, we often say that meaningful connections drive business forward. Sometimes, those connections happen over something as simple as a cup of coffee.

That was exactly the case when Alan Stovesand of GameDay Men’s Health and Dr. Trisha Swift of Mula Health met at one of our monthly Coffee Connects events. What started as a casual conversation quickly revealed a shared vision—and a complementary approach to wellness that neither could fully achieve alone.

Their connection wasn’t accidental. It was the result of showing up, engaging, and investing in the Chamber community.

GameDay Men’s Health brings a precision, data-driven approach to optimizing performance and vitality through personalized therapies. Mula Health, on the other hand, focuses on foundational wellness—offering preventative programs that blend Eastern medicine with modern clinical insight to address root causes and improve metabolic health.

Individually, each organization is making an impact. Together, they’ve created something even more powerful.

By aligning Mula Health’s metabolic preparation programs—such as its 3-Day Cleanse, designed to improve digestion and reduce inflammation—with GameDay’s advanced medical therapies, the two are bridging the gap between foundational health and high-performance outcomes. The result is a more comprehensive, sustainable approach to men’s wellness in the greater Fort Worth community.

This collaboration is more than a business success story—it’s a testament to the power of connection.

The Fort Worth Chamber is proud to serve as a convener for leaders, innovators, and entrepreneurs across our city. Through events like Coffee Connects and our programmed summits and luncheons, we create intentional spaces where relationships can form, ideas can be exchanged, and partnerships can take shape.

Because when members show up and engage, the possibilities extend far beyond a single conversation.

They become opportunities to collaborate. To innovate. To grow.

And ultimately, to strengthen the kind of vibrant, pro-business environment that makes Fort Worth thrive.

If you’ve been thinking about getting more involved, consider this your invitation. You never know who you’ll meet—or what you might build together.
